Bella’s Bircher Muesli

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup yoghurt, natural, low fat
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 small green apple, grated
  • ⅔ cup mixed berries
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Small handful nuts and seeds (eg. almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds) finely chopped (plus extra to serve – optional)
  • Yoghurt to serve (optional)
  • Extra fruit to serve (optional)
Method:
  1. MIX everything together in a container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  2. SCOOP half of the mixture into a bowl, top with yoghurt, extra fruit and sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
What's Great About It:

This bircher muesli makes a great base to experiment different toppings with. Add in any other fruits or vegetables including grated carrot for an additional veggie boost!
